Hard money lenders are not the same as private money lenders. Hard Money Lenders are professional lenders and private lenders are usually not a full time business owner. Hard money lenders have way more expenses and headaches and I point out the difference today on why Hard Money Lenders and Private Money lenders are not the same thing for real estate investors. Hard Money Loans are much more expensive and hard money loans take more time and stress. Both hard money loans and private money loans are no credit check loans. No credit check loans with hard money lenders are better than bank loans still.
