I've raised thousands and thousands of 💰💰💰 from social media alone!
I haven't met most of my private money lenders in person and it's possible through social media! And what's even crazier is that I get to pay them a double-digit return!

Five days later, I raised the whole $300,000 to purchase the deal and it was the most I had ever raised since I started real estate investing 🤯
