I've been asked how to find a mentor to get good at real estate investing. There are a lot of courses out there that offer mentorship, but you are trading money to learn, which I would never recommend.
My best advice is to invest time and offer to help a successful commercial real estate investor for a few months. Offer to help for, free just to learn. You'll learn from actually seeing real action, learn the ins and outs.
