In fact, one of the most interesting parts of the conversation comes when we start debating whether using more expensive alternative financing to capture an opportunity is a smart strategy—or whether sometimes the better decision is simply to wait.
That’s exactly the kind of conversation we want to have on Life Beyond the Mortgage.
Because the goal isn’t simply to get somebody approved.
The goal isn’t even to buy the property.
The goal is to make sure the decision helps create the life you want after you get the keys.
And if you’re self-employed, own a business, invest in real estate, or have ever been told that your income doesn’t fit traditional lending guidelines, don’t automatically assume the answer is no.
Sometimes the better question is:
What would it take—and what financing strategy actually fits what I’m trying to accomplish?
